Fuse is completely internal. A30QS400-4 fuse is default for Junior EV application.
This one shows the original DB37 female connector connected to a male DB37 terminated to a Orion BMS Cell Tap Cable.
CNC Serialization (inspection date and serial number) in final location.
Coolant slot 25% surface area was milled and has a protective chute on bottom that can be moved in emergency with a marginal amount of force.
All packs that run through our shop now are installed with 6-8 unterminated (shown in image) or Molex terminated thermistor cables so battery pack can be thermally monitored now.
